Please meet… Alexandria “Xander” Reynolds!

Years with Company: 2 years

Role: I do quite a few things within the call center. I handle customer concerns, train and coach our customer service representatives, help with dispatch, send out daily assignments to CSRs, and help manage our important Home Depot relationship. I problem solve, keep the team motivated, and do everything I can to help us be a winning team!

Work Prior to RighTime: Before RighTime, I worked mostly in the retail industry.

Why Do You Like Working For RighTime?: The culture here in our office is unlike anything I have ever seen! I view my coworkers as friends and family rather than people I have to see every day at work. I love that everyone cares so much about our customers and are so dedicated to solving their problems. I’ve never worked anywhere else that is so positive and has such a great focus on teamwork.

Interests: Music, cartoons, and good food!

One Interesting Fact About You: I play 6 different instruments, and will occasionally even sing a little karaoke.
